How to Stretch (video)
Stretching Exercises make the knee and limb supple. Stretching is an excellent way to relax and relieve tension. Stretching is a Gentle smooth movement. There should be no bouncing or jerky movement while stretching. There should be no pain during any range of the stretching movement. If there is pain or discomfort please stop. You could hold the stretch for 10 to 30 sec depending on your comfort level. Keep Breathing normally during the stretching routine.
